Bacon and Green Beans

Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 8 to 10 minutes | Serves 4
2 (14.5-ounce / 411-g) cans cut green beans, drained
4 bacon slices, air-fried and diced
¼ cup minced onion
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Cooking spray

  1. Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 370ºF (188ºC). Press Start to begin
    preheating.
  2. Spritz a baking pan with oil. In the prepared pan, stir together the green beans,
    bacon, onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Place the pan on the air fryer oven.
  4. Air fry for 4 minutes. Stir the green beans and air fry for 4 to 6 minutes more
    until soft.
  5. Serve immediately.
