2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 thick slices sourdough bread
4 thick slices Brie cheese
8 slices hot capicola
- Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Press Start to begin
- Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Place 2 slices of bread
in the air fryer perforated pan, mayonnaise-side down.
- Place the slices of Brie and capicola on the bread and cover with the remaining
two slices of bread, mayonnaise-side up.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately.
