Baked Cheese Sandwich

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Serves 2
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 thick slices sourdough bread
4 thick slices Brie cheese
8 slices hot capicola

  1. Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Press Start to begin
    preheating.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Place 2 slices of bread
    in the air fryer perforated pan, mayonnaise-side down.
  3. Place the slices of Brie and capicola on the bread and cover with the remaining
    two slices of bread, mayonnaise-side up.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
