Buttery Sweet Potatoes

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
Cooking spray

  1. Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Press Start to begin
    preheating. Line the air fryer oven perforated pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar until blended.
    Toss the sweet potatoes in the butter mixture until coated.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on the parchment and spritz with oil.
  4. Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the perforated pan, spritz the sweet potatoes with oil,
    and air fry for 5 minutes more until they’re soft enough to cut with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
