Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
- Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Press Start to begin
preheating. Line the air fryer oven perforated pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar until blended.
Toss the sweet potatoes in the butter mixture until coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes on the parchment and spritz with oil.
- Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the perforated pan, spritz the sweet potatoes with oil,
and air fry for 5 minutes more until they’re soft enough to cut with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
